Our goal at CrossFit Chapel Hill is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done with friends!

CrossFit Chapel Hill is the premier functional fitness sports facility in Chapel Hill and Durham. We aim to take clients to a higher level. We don't look at fitness as running for hours or tossing weights around, we view it from the perspective of improving our athletes from the inside out; focusing on strength, mobility, neural pathways, and their control over the body to optimize performance both in and out of the gym. 

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or movements that you find in real life: pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

The goals of our members are as diverse as can be so serve these varied needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether you want to lose a little belly fat and “firm up” some squishy parts, get moving again after being sedentary for too long, or you want to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate the weekends in your hobbies of choice, we have a program for you.
