10 ub wall balls + 20 DU attempts

RX: 4 Rounds:
10 ub wall balls (30/20) + 50 DUs

2) EOMOM 10: 

5 deadlifts at same weight as last week's EMOM
(if you can't complete that, can drop up to 5%)

3) 8 Rounds:
12 lunges
9 toes to bar
6 power cleans (135/95)
