Tuesday 6/5/18!

1) Pull up Work!  

Scaled: EMOM 5: 10 kips on bar
then: 30 banded strict pull ups completed in as few sets as possible

Intermediate: EMOM 10: 2-3 strict pull ups + 2-3 strict ring dips
*Note: for PUs, focus on pulling as high as possible. for dips, make sure full controlled ROM

Adv: EMOM 10: 5 strict c2b pull ups + 5 strict ring dips

2) AMRAP 12:
30 DU's
10 Burpees
3 Bar MUs

Rest 4:00

9-6-3 Hang squat clean (Rx: 135/95 Rx+: 165/115)
18-12-6 HSPU's (rx+ strict)
