CrossFit Open 18.2!

18.2 Open Throw Down Show Down is.....THE OPEN VETS VS THE OPEN ROOKIES!!! Come watch Erin, Heather, Joan, and Jeanne compete for first place in 18.2 at 9:30am!

The gym will be open from 9am-11am, so come in during those times for your own Open workout! It's a fun one!! 

CrossFit Open 18.2:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
Dumbbell squats
Burpees

Then, WORKOUT 18.2A:
1-rep-max clean

12-min. cap for 18.2 AND 18.2a
