Meet Morgan

Morgan is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3 / CCFT) and co-owner of CrossFit Chapel Hill, where she has spent over 8 years helping build a strong, supportive fitness community alongside her husband and business partner, Mike. With more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, she works with individuals of all levels to develop strength, confidence, and sustainable habits around health and fitness.

Morgan has a special passion for working with women and specializes in women’s health and fitness. She enjoys supporting clients through all stages of life—from getting started in the gym to building long-term strength, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, and improving overall health and body composition.

Her approach focuses on creating an encouraging, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, capable, and supported in their journey. Morgan is deeply committed to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.

She believes fitness should enhance your life—and is passionate about helping people build routines they actually enjoy and can stick with long-term.
