By the time I was 43, I had trained for body building, run long distances and cross trained, never finding the results I was looking for. After my son was born in 2009, I stopped working out because of sleepless nights and the exhaustion of new parenthood. I gained 20 pounds and was in terrible shape.

My wife saw a Groupon for a CrossFit boot camp and I enrolled in the class and instantly I was hooked. CrossFit has changed my life. Having a community that truly cares and I am accountable to has made a huge difference in my life and my level of fitness.

I decided in 2013 that I wanted to become a CrossFit Level 1 coach and I completed the course. It was a great experience. For me it is an honor to be able to coach and learn from an exceptional group of athletes. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where athletes can reach their full potential.
