Don’t forget! Tomorrow, Monday, May 29 at 9:30am is our Murph workout event! (NO other classes tomorrow!) This is open to everybody, not just CrossFit Chapel Hill members. It is an event in which we honor the life of fallen Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy, the Protector!

The workout is, For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

(RX is with a 20# weighted vest. We only have two, so claim one now if you’d like it. Otherwise, can bring your own!)

Yes, it’s a daunting workout. However, anyone can join because much like all our workouts, you can scale. YOu can partition the work, you can do half the written work, you can sub the run; there are many ways for you to participate in this event. 

We’ll start the warm up together as a group at 9:30am, then begin Murph shortly after. If you’re free and hungry after, we can grab some lunch nearby when we’ve all finished!

We’re looking forward to having you all there! Feel free to bring friends or family to join in!
