9am AND 10am are free to the community! Bring your pals and come on in for a great workout! 

1) 3 sets:
8-10 Elevated ring rows
10-12 DB Skull Crushers
10-12 BB rollouts

2) Teams of 3:
300 db power snatches (scale: 200)
Partner 1: Deadlift hold (heavy)
Partner 2: dbl KB OH hold
Partner 3: alt db power snatch
*rotate as needed
**Cannot snatch db until partner 1 and 2 are set
