Long warm up and lots of shoulder prep before lifting.

2) DU Practice 

Take 5-10min to work on du's with coach

3) 5 rounds:
50 du's (scale: 35) (Rx+ 75)
12 Russian kb swings right hand (53/35) (rx+ 62/44)
12 Russian kb swings left hand
