1) Death by 10m sprint
*Place two cones 10m part. Sprint 10m the 1st minute. 20m the 2nd minute. 30m the 3rd
minute, etc, etc. Continue in this manner until you fail to sprint the required distance in
the appropriate minute.

:30 HS hold
