1) Pull up and MU Testing!

4 max sets of strict pullups (if banded use lightest possible band and be sure to record this number)

After warmup, attempt first MU.
If not able, complete scaled workout.

4 UB sets of ring MUs
Rest 2-3 min between sets

We are not interested in stopping short or pacing this. We want all out efforts on all 4 to test what you can
hold on to.

2) Back Squat (3x6@78%)

3) AMRAP 10:
20 double unders
2 power snatch @ 70% of 1RM
