Scaled: Max Pullups
Intermediate: Max C2B pull ups
Advanced: Bar MUs

2) Take 15 min to find 1rm OHP

3) 5 Rounds:
5 deadlifts (225/155) (rx+275/185)
10 burpees over bar
200m sprint
