Barbell Roll outs (3x10)

2) W/ a partner for time:
8 rounds
8 power cleans (115/75) (rx+135/95)
8 front squats

Single partner must complete full round.
Partners can negotiate splitting of other movements for balanced work.
After every round complete task:

Rd1: 20 box jump overs (24/20) (rx+30/24)
Rd 2: 30 cal bike*
Rd 3: 40 bar facing burpees
Rd 4: 100 dus
Rd 5: 40 cal row
Rd 6: 30 db snatch (35/25) (rx+ 50/35)
Rd 7: 40 t2b
Rd 8: 200m run

*If needed, change order so everyone gets to bike.
