CrossFit Chapel Hill's Bootcamp is BACK! And better than ever!

What the heck is Bootcamp? 

Bootcamp is our group fitness class that runs in 4 week cycles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am and 6pm, with our first session beginning Monday, January 8. 

Workouts include rowing, running, box jumps, wall balls, kettle bells, etc, without the use of barbells. Think high intensity interval training with experienced coaches by your side, pushing you to work harder, while also making sure you are working within your ability. 

These classes are great if you're looking for a tough workout, but aren't quite ready to try CrossFit yet. Get your first month of Bootcamp for just $50!
