Boot Camp is our group fitness class that runs in 4 week cycles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am and 6pm, with our first session beginning Monday, January 8. Workouts include rowing, running, box jumps, wall balls, kettle bells, etc, without the use of barbells. Think high intensity interval training with experienced coaches by your side, pushing you to work harder, while also making sure you are working within your ability. Get your first month of Boot Camp for just $50!
